Never saw this before

With my knowlege of the President's speaking tours, anyone asking a question is rehearsed in advance.

If that's still the case, the President knew well in advance exactly what that guy was going to ask and how he was going to reply to it.

Too bad the entire response was not included in this video, I would have loved to hear it.
