helluva hard time

My life has become a frustration sampler platter. I believe its starting to affect my physical health besides just my mental.

Lately I've been getting the shakes, cold sweats, weak feelings, accompanied by headaches and stomach pain.

It's not low blood sugar. But its definately not good.
